    Shiloh Church family,

I thank my God in all my remembrance of you. – Philippians 1:3

As the COVID-19 virus continues to adversely impact our city, nation, and the world, we are living through an unprecedented crisis. For all of the negative consequences of the Coronavirus, it is made all the worse by the fact that we are not able to meet together in person. But know that I love you greatly, miss you desperately, and pray for you fervently.

Our elders and deacons are here for you. If an emergency arises, you have a need, or there is any way we can serve you, call or email the church office, and we will get back to you immediately.

Saturday (March 21, 2020) at 9:00 AM, our pastors will stream a live Pastor’s Prayer Meeting via Shiloh.Church. We will pray for the sick, healthcare workers, the vulnerable, unemployed, our leaders, students and families, and churches. Please join us for one hour of corporate and intercessory prayer. This prayer meeting will take place every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10 AM.

This coming Lord’s Day (March 22), we will stream a live service at 9:30 AM via Shiloh.Church and our church Facebook pages. This stream of the service will also be posted online for you to view 24/7. However, I am encouraging you to make every effort to join us for the live stream Sunday at 9:30 AM. This is a way for us to stay connected, during this time we are not able to meet together.

This Sunday, we will also resume our Bible Study Fellowship groups on both campuses. BSF groups will meet through Zoom video conference calls. Your BSF teacher will provide details to you. (If you are not a part of a BSF group, call or email our church office to join.)

Starting next week (March 24-25), I will lead a Livestream Midweek Bible Study on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7 PM via Shiloh.Church. This coming week, we will study what it means to be the church when you cannot “have church.” I will also give relevant updates and prayer/praise reports during this Bible Study sessions. Please join us, if possible.

Let me thank those of you who have given online or through the mail to support the ongoing work of ministry. If you typically give during our worship services, please join us in giving our various online platforms or mailing our church offices.

I have taken great comfort this week from Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Meditating on this verse gives me fresh assurance that God knows he is doing, and the future is in his hands. May that blessed assurance, comfort, strengthen, and encourage you.

    All the best!
