    8. Don’t fear emotions. 
    9. Adopt an eternal perspective.

    12. Be trustworthy. 
    13. Limit social media intake. 
    14. Cultivate meaningful friendships. 
    15. Don’t compromise your morals. 
    16. Avoid temptation. 
    17. Respect your elders.
