    1. Introduce something.
    2. Place the text in its proper context.
    3. state the point of the message.
    4. Give an accurate forecast.
    5. Write it out.
    6. No dumping allowed.
    7. Know your audience.
    8. Practice variety.
    9. Keeps it brief.
